SWI Compute Plans 2.3 GW of NVIDIA AI Factory Capacity by 2029
SWI Compute plans to build 2.3 GW of AI data center capacity in Europe and the US by 2029, starting with a UK site for nearly 7,000 GPUs.

SWI Compute has emerged from stealth with plans to develop 2.3 GW of AI-factory capacity across Europe and the United States by 2029. The company’s roadmap targets large-scale, power-intensive infrastructure to support next-generation compute workloads.
Its first announced site, located in the United Kingdom, is designed to host nearly 7,000 Rubin GPUs. The project highlights both the physical scale of modern AI-factory construction and the execution risk tied to delivering facilities of this magnitude on schedule.
