Tireweb will showcase four new products at the 2026 SEMA Show in Las Vegas this November, expanding beyond its established tire commerce platforms into AI-powered customer service, tire data infrastructure, embedded payments, and managed marketing. The company will exhibit at Booth 41083 in the South Hall from November 3-6 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The new offerings - Tirelibrary, Tireweb AI, Tireweb Pay, and Tireweb Marketing - join Tireweb's existing platforms for wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and manufacturers. Those include Tireweb Wholesale, Tireweb Retail, Tiresearch, Tireweb Mobile, Tireweb Wheels, and Tireweb Connections.
"Tireweb has grown well beyond ecommerce," said Matthew Walker, CEO of Tireweb. "At SEMA, we will show how our platforms now connect every part of the tire sales process, from accurate product data and live inventory through to AI-assisted customer service, ordering, payment and marketing. Our goal is to help tire businesses sell more while reducing the manual work required behind every transaction."
Tireweb AI answers calls and books appointments
Tireweb AI is a voice and website chat agent built for tire and automotive service businesses. It can answer customer calls and online enquiries around the clock, identify the correct fitment for a vehicle, search a dealer's live inventory, provide pricing, and recommend good, better, and best options. The system also books appointments using the shop's actual availability and sends confirmations to the customer.
Unlike a generic AI receptionist, Tireweb AI combines tire-industry knowledge with live product, inventory, and pricing data. It can recognize enquiries that require a person - such as complex commercial, warranty, or fleet requests - and transfer the customer to a staff member with the conversation context attached. SEMA attendees can test the system at the booth.
For customer support teams, this is the product to watch. The system handles routine fitment and pricing questions without human intervention, but its escalation logic matters: it identifies when a human needs to step in and passes along conversation history instead of forcing the customer to repeat themselves.
Tirelibrary puts tire data behind AI assistants
Tirelibrary is Tireweb's tire product and fitment database, covering more than 240,000 tire SKUs from over 440 brands. It includes tire specifications, product codes, images, vehicle fitment information, MAP pricing, and current manufacturer rebates. The data is available through a web application, REST API, flat-file feeds, and a Model Context Protocol server.
The MCP connection allows compatible AI assistants, including ChatGPT and Claude, to search Tirelibrary directly. Users can ask questions about tire sizes, specifications, vehicle fitments, and rebates in natural language, with answers returned from current Tirelibrary data rather than the AI model's general knowledge.
Payments and marketing round out the platform
Tireweb Pay adds payment processing and consumer financing directly to Tireweb's wholesale and retail platforms. It supports card payments, ACH bank transfers, digital wallets, online invoice payments, and pay-over-time options. Because the service is built into Tireweb Wholesale, Retail, Mobile, and Tiresearch, businesses can use one payment system across multiple sales channels.
Tireweb Marketing is a managed marketing service for independent tire dealers and regional chains. It includes AI Search Readiness, which helps make a dealer's locations, services, inventory, and pricing easier for AI-powered search platforms to understand. Performance is tracked in a monthly report covering calls, direction requests, website visits, rankings, leads, and advertising results.
Why this matters for customer support professionals
Tireweb AI represents a concrete example of how AI is being deployed in frontline customer service roles within a specific industry. The system's ability to combine live inventory and pricing data with natural language interaction - and to escalate complex cases with full context - mirrors the direction many support teams are heading. If you're evaluating AI support tools, watch how Tireweb handles the handoff between automation and human agents. That transition point, not the automation itself, is where customer experience is won or lost.
