Spanish AI customer service startup GuruSup raises €1.3 million

GuruSup, a Valencia-based platform that deploys AI agents to handle customer service and process automation, closed a €1.3 million seed round led by 4Founders Capital with co-investment from Addendum Capital. The company plans to double its headcount and increase annual recurring revenue to €1.5 million by year-end.

The company was founded in 2024 as a spin-off from Guruwalk, a free tour platform with six million annual users. Víctor Mollá, GuruSup's founder and CEO, built the product after seeing how AI agents could reduce the volume of customer inquiries his original company received each month.

How it works

GuruSup centralizes messages from multiple channels-email, chat, social media-and executes actions in external applications in real time. The platform claims a 95% autonomous resolution rate and says companies can scale from handling 100 to 100,000 conversations without adding staff.

Unlike traditional chatbots, the system functions as a complete customer service department. It's multilingual, multichannel, and trained on each company's own information, with integration that doesn't require changes to existing systems.

Current traction

GuruSup has deployed more than 800 AI agents in production across 15 sectors. The platform has processed over two million agent executions, handling technical support, billing, onboarding, and internal operations.

The seed round included investment from business angels in Spain's tech ecosystem: Juan Pablo Tejela (co-founder of Metricool), Gonzalo Urculo (founder of CrowdFarming), and Juan Castillo (co-founder of Guruwalk).

Market context

GuruSup's round is part of a broader wave of funding for AI agents and automation software in 2026. Other recent rounds include Nexus (€3.7 million), Lua (€4.9 million), Blockbrain (€17.5 million), Interloom (€14.2 million), and Modern Relay (€2.5 million). Combined, these rounds total approximately €44 million, placing GuruSup at the earlier-stage end of a market where larger funding has gone to infrastructure and enterprise platform companies.

Jesús Monleón, founding partner at 4Founders Capital, said the firm was "very excited" about the founding team's product focus and the traction the company has gained.
