Helport AI Appoints Vanessa Chan as Chief Commercial Officer to Drive North American Growth

Helport AI Limited (NASDAQ: HPAI), a leader in AI-driven customer communication software, announced the appointment of Hiu-Yu “Vanessa” Chan as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), effective June 16, 2025. Based out of the company’s San Diego headquarters, Ms. Chan will lead commercial expansion, build strategic partnerships, and accelerate revenue growth across the United States and North America.

Ms. Chan joins Helport AI with over 23 years of experience in enterprise leadership, particularly in AI, SaaS, and strategic growth initiatives. Her background includes senior roles at Google Cloud, SAP, ServiceNow, and McKinsey, where she consistently delivered results by expanding markets and enhancing customer engagement.

Proven Leadership in Enterprise Strategy and Market Expansion

Before joining Helport AI, Ms. Chan was Head of Corporate Strategy for North Asia at ServiceNow. There, she managed growth strategies in the Public Sector and Financial Services sectors and led investment initiatives targeting Singapore’s regulated cloud market. At Google Cloud, she directed go-to-market operations for Greater China and Korea. Additionally, her time at SAP involved managing strategic accounts and alliances, driving revenue growth through partnerships in China.

Ms. Chan holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
