Yes& Promotes Two Executives to Lead AI and Digital Strategy

Yes&, a creative agency based in Alexandria, Virginia, promoted Chrissie Koeppen to Senior VP of Innovation and Beth Yezzi to Senior VP of Digital. The moves reflect the agency's push to strengthen AI capabilities and help clients manage marketing and technology challenges.

Koeppen oversees teams handling AI search, lifecycle marketing, digital transformation, user experience, conversion optimization, and analytics. She has spent more than 20 years turning customer insights into measurable business outcomes.

"The best strategies live at the intersection of data and humanity," Koeppen said. "Clients don't need more disconnected tools. They need integrated thinking that turns complexity into clarity."

Yezzi designed and leads the agency's AI Council, which embeds AI workflows across research, strategy, creative, development, media, analytics and operations. AI adoption across the agency grew from roughly 30% to nearly 100% under her leadership, cutting time spent on repetitive tasks by more than 50%.

That freed-up capacity went toward strategy, faster client turnarounds, and creative work. Yezzi has over 20 years of experience in website redesigns, system implementations, ecommerce, and enterprise digital transformations.

"Clients are facing more change in a single quarter than they used to see in a year," Yezzi said. "My job is to make sure technology actually serves the people using it."

CEO Zihla Salinas said the promotions strengthen the agency's ability to serve clients across commercial, education, nonprofit, B2B, and government sectors. Yes& operates from offices in Washington, D.C., Atlanta, and Chicago.
