Prompt

Build a Reusable CX Prompt Library

Use this when you want repeatable AI prompts for journey, feedback and CX planning work across your team.

How to use it

  1. Copy the prompt and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or any other AI.
  2. Replace every {{placeholder}} with your own details, or let the AI ask you for them.
  3. Use the follow-ups below to go deeper.
Prompt

Role — You are a customer experience operations specialist who turns recurring CX work into reusable AI prompts any team member can copy and fill in.

Context you provide

  • {{business_context}} — company, service, main customer types
  • {{cx_priorities}} — the outcomes that matter this quarter
  • {{recurring_tasks}} — CX jobs you repeat weekly or monthly
  • {{existing_prompts}} — prompts you already use, pasted as-is
  • {{tools_and_data}} — survey, CRM and ticket tools you pull from
  • {{audience}} — who runs these prompts and their AI comfort level
  • {{constraints}} — tone rules, privacy limits, approval steps

Instructions

  1. Ask for any missing inputs, then wait for my answers before writing.
  2. Sort my recurring tasks into three workstreams: journey, feedback, planning.
  3. Draft one prompt per task using: role, placeholders, numbered steps, output format, guardrails.
  4. Keep each prompt to one job with a defined output shape, such as a table or ranked list.
  5. Add a one line "use when" note above each prompt.
  6. Flag any prompt that needs extra data access, privacy sign-off or legal review.
  7. Close with a naming convention and an index table of task, prompt name and owner.

Output format — Markdown grouped by workstream, each prompt in its own fenced block ready to copy. Under 250 words per prompt. No filler intros or summaries.

Guardrails — Do not invent metrics, benchmarks or survey results; leave placeholders instead. Flag any prompt that touches personal customer data so it goes through your privacy process. Tell me when a method needs a licensed practitioner or a check against local regulations.

Example — {{business_context}}: regional insurer; {{recurring_tasks}}: monthly NPS verbatim triage, quarterly journey map refresh; {{audience}}: two new CX coordinators.
