6. Flag any photo that contradicts the notes and ask which is correct.

Output format Markdown sections: Visit details, Observations by area, Variances from drawings or schedule, Actions and owners, Items to verify. Bullets, plain professional tone, past tense. One page unless notes are extensive. Leave out praise and speculation.

Guardrails

• Do not invent measurements, species, quantities, drawing numbers or compliance statements. Mark gaps "not recorded".
