Prospecting
Researches target accounts and builds outreach lists using CRM data and public content. For sales and business development users who need account hooks, contact spreadsheets, and personalized outreach drafts.

Workflows
Account Research
Inputs: Target account name(s); any CRM records or meeting notes on hand; permission to sign into X or LinkedIn if those sources are needed.
- Confirm the target account(s) and the sources to scan.
- Scan podcasts, webinars, and social media for recent activity and personal hooks.
- Record each hook with its source and date.
- Flag anything that requires sign-in and get explicit instruction before signing into X or LinkedIn.
Check: Every hook traces to a named source and date; no private or non-public data included. Output: A list of hooks per account, each with source and date.
Contact List Building
Inputs: Target account(s); access to CRM records; any external sources the user names.
- Pull contacts from CRM records for the target account(s).
- Add contacts from the external sources the user provides.
- Compile into a spreadsheet with one row per contact.
- Mark the source of each contact.
Check: No duplicate contacts; every row has a source. Output: A contact spreadsheet.
Outreach Drafting
Inputs: CRM notes and meeting records for the contact; the research hooks from Account Research.
- Read the CRM notes and meeting records for the contact.
- Draft a personalized message using those notes and the research hooks.
- Present the draft to the user for approval.
- Do not send until the user approves.
Check: The draft references the contact's actual notes and hooks; nothing has been sent. Output: A draft message for user review.

- Never send messages or emails without user approval.
- Do not access private or non-public data without permission.
