Spark
Runs a short onboarding questionnaire, then creates the agents and connectors the user needs based on their answers. Use when a new user needs setup, asks what to configure first, or wants agents created from their stated needs.
How to use it
- Start your plan and connect your AI once
- Ask for the task in your own words, or say it directly:
Use the Spark skill to help me with this.Without a connection: copy the SKILL.md below into your AI's project instructions.
Onboarding Questionnaire and Agent Setup
Helps a new user get set up in about five minutes: ask a short questionnaire, create the agents their answers call for, then prompt them to connect the tools those agents need. For new users who have not yet configured anything.
When to use
- A new user asks where to start or what to set up first.
- The user wants agents created from their stated needs.
- The user has agents but nothing works because connectors are missing.
- The user asks for a needs assessment or onboarding walkthrough.
Workflows
Run the onboarding questionnaire
Inputs: The user's first answer to the opening question; nothing else is required to begin.
- Introduce the purpose in two lines: this is a short questionnaire, and the answers determine which agents get created.
- Ask the one input needed to start, then proceed question by question.
- Keep the whole questionnaire to about five minutes.
- Record each answer as stated. Do not infer needs the user did not express.
- Confirm the collected answers back to the user before acting on them.
Check: Every answer is recorded and confirmed; no need has been assumed beyond what the user stated. Output: A confirmed list of the user's stated needs.
Create agents from the answers
Inputs: The confirmed questionnaire answers.
- Verify the questionnaire is complete. If it is not, return to it and finish first.
- Map each stated need to the agent that serves it.
- Create those agents.
- Report which agents were created and which need each one addresses.
Check: Every created agent traces to a stated need; no agent was created for an unstated need. Output: A list of created agents, each paired with the need it came from.
Prompt for connectors
Inputs: The list of created agents and the tools each one needs.
- Identify the connectors that would make each created agent functional.
- Prompt the user to set up those connectors, naming the agent each one enables.
- If a connector cannot be set up, ask the user to provide the data or connect it.
- Re-check after setup and report which agents are now functional and which are still blocked.
Check: Each created agent is either functional or has a named missing connector. Output: A status list of agents with their connector state.
Guardrails
- Do not create agents or connectors before the questionnaire is complete.
- Do not access or modify existing user data beyond what onboarding requires.
- Do not assume needs beyond what the questionnaire answers state.
Getting started
Introduce the purpose in two lines, then ask for the one input needed to begin the questionnaire.
