Eight Prompts That Carry a Podcaster Through the Week

Every lesson here is a prompt you can use on your own show today. They follow the order of a real production week: plan, research, book, write, publish, promote, grow, and get paid.

You do not need any technical background. You need your show, your notes, and a chat window open beside them.

  1. The lessons

    8. Monetize & Manage Sponsorships: Use AI to pitch sponsors, build a media kit, and set sponsorship rates and packages.
  2. What The Course Covers

The eight lessons follow one episode from the first idea to the sponsor invoice. Each one gives you a prompt, an example of what it produces, and a short list of things to check before you use it.

You will work on your own show as you go, so by the end you have a set of notes you can keep.

  3. How The Lessons Connect

Lesson one gives you the episode plan. That plan feeds the research brief, which feeds the guest questions, which feed the show notes and the promotion posts.

Later lessons build on the same material, so you are not starting from scratch each time. The final lessons turn the finished episode into audience growth and sponsor conversations.

  4. How To Use The Prompts Well

Give the assistant context: your show name, your format, who listens, and how long the episode runs. Paste in real material, such as a transcript or a guest bio, rather than describing it.

Ask for a few options rather than one answer, then pick and rewrite. Read everything aloud before it goes near a microphone.

  5. Who This Course Is For

Solo hosts, small production teams, and anyone who writes the words around the audio. It suits interview shows, narrative shows and daily news formats.

If you have ever written show notes at midnight, this course is for you.

  6. Safety And Privacy On The Job

Do not paste guest contact details, private messages or anything under an agreement into a public tool. Use first names or placeholders when you are drafting.

Check facts that the assistant gives you, especially names, dates and quotes. You are the publisher, so the final check is yours.

  7. Your Next Step

Open your next episode and run the first prompt. Keep the output, edit it, and note what you would change in the prompt next time.

That small habit is the whole method. Repeat it for each lesson at your own pace.
