15Five, a performance management platform used by over 3,000 companies, released three AI features designed to reduce administrative work for managers and HR leaders. The tools connect data across Slack, Teams, Asana, Jira, GitHub and other workplace applications to create a continuous feedback loop without requiring employees to file additional reports.

The update addresses a core problem: managers juggle fragmented information across disconnected systems while HR leaders struggle to assess performance without creating extra work. Executives lack clarity on how performance ties to business outcomes.

How the Three Features Work Together

Work Context automatically pulls performance signals from the tools teams already use. Instead of asking employees for status updates, managers see a real-time view of progress, engagement and coaching opportunities across platforms.

AI Assisted Reviews drafts performance reviews using goals, feedback, one-on-ones and prior reviews already in 15Five, combined with Work Context data. The system generates roughly 80% of a first draft, then flags opportunities to make feedback more specific, balanced and actionable. Managers retain full editorial control.

Focus Briefs give managers a weekly summary of priorities, what needs attention and where teams are progressing. This preparation replaces the reactive scramble to gather context before one-on-ones.

The features reduce time spent on administrative tasks while improving the quality of manager-employee conversations. Individual Development Plans can be drafted directly from review insights to support ongoing growth.
