Adobe, NVIDIA and WPP Deploy AI Agents for On-Brand Content at Scale
Adobe, NVIDIA and WPP announced expanded partnerships to deploy autonomous AI agents across enterprise marketing operations. The agents generate personalized content for millions of product and audience combinations while maintaining brand control and governance.
The collaboration addresses a concrete problem: brands need to deliver tailored customer experiences faster than traditional campaign workflows allow. A global retailer, for example, could now update offers, images, copy and pricing across millions of combinations in minutes instead of months.
How the System Works
Adobe's creative and customer experience platforms generate and adapt on-brand assets. The new Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker orchestrates downstream workflows from personalization to activation. NVIDIA provides the infrastructure and security layer.
The key technical element is NVIDIA's OpenShell runtime, a policy-based sandbox that keeps agent operations observable and auditable. Agents operate within defined guardrails - answering "What can the agent do?" rather than relying on policies alone.
This matters because agents increasingly access sensitive data and trigger actions across marketing systems. The sandbox prevents agents from operating outside a company's data boundaries or brand rules.
What the Collaboration Delivers
- Creative workflows: Agents generate, adapt and version assets aligned to brand identity. Adobe's 3D digital twin solution, now generally available and built on NVIDIA Omniverse, serves as a persistent product identity that agents use to automate content creation across formats and markets.
- Governed execution: Agents run in containerized environments designed for on-premises or cloud deployment, with full auditability.
- Safe content generation: Adobe Firefly Foundry, accelerated by NVIDIA infrastructure, allows organizations to train custom models on proprietary assets. Agents generate commercially safe content at scale.
- Performance and safety together: Brands no longer choose between speed and control. Autonomous agents operate within policy-driven environments.
For creative teams, the shift moves away from one-size-fits-all campaigns toward always-on, always-relevant experiences. The agents continuously generate and deliver content without sacrificing control or brand integrity.
