Agent Standup visualizes Claude Code activity without extra model calls

Agent Standup is a local dashboard that reads existing Claude Code session files to display agent activity. It shows agent status, commands, edits, and attention signals. In its standard mode, the tool does this without making additional model calls or consuming extra tokens.

The dashboard can help supervisors monitor agent work in real time and support post-run reviews. Because it relies on session files already generated by Claude Code, it provides a view of activity without adding to operational overhead. The interface is unofficial and is not designed to serve as an authoritative record for success metrics or billing purposes.
