Prime Agent ships a Rust rewrite built with a reported 2,000-agent swarm
Prime Intellect rewrote its coding agent using over 2,000 specialized agents, adding crash isolation and Windows support.

Prime Intellect has released a rewritten version of its open-source coding agent, built using what the company describes as a swarm of more than 2,000 agents. These agents were assigned separate roles for planning, implementation, review, and verification during the development process.
The updated architecture introduces crash isolation and adds support for Windows. The reported scale of the agent swarm and the performance of the resulting software are based on vendor-reported figures. The company also notes that the worker agents are not security sandboxes.
