Hotel booking platform Agoda has launched an AI chatbot that answers traveler questions about properties in real time. The tool, called Property AMA (Ask Me Anything) Bot, lets users ask specific questions-about parking, beach proximity, check-in times, or breakfast inclusion-and receive instant answers without scrolling through reviews.
The chatbot is built on generative AI technology and available on both Agoda's website and mobile app. Agoda says the feature addresses a practical problem: travelers spend time comparing hotel amenities, policies, and facilities across listings before deciding.
What the Tool Does
Travelers can ask direct questions such as:

- How close to the beach is the hotel?
- Is the hotel kid-friendly?
