Airties today introduced Airties Aura, an agentic AI engine that autonomously diagnoses and fixes connectivity issues across homes and small businesses. The Paris-based company announced the launch on September 8, 2026, with Turkish operator Turknet becoming the first to deploy the engine across its subscriber base. Aura consolidates existing AI automation features into a single system that works across the entire customer lifecycle, from initial setup through ongoing support and retention.

"We have combined and evolved our existing AI automation features into one agentic AI engine which transforms connectivity insights and actions into autonomous data intelligence," said Metin Taskin, CEO and co-founder of Airties. The engine, whose name stands for Agentic AI that Understands, Reasons and Automates, powers all Airties platforms for managing connectivity, device, and application data.

How Aura works across operator teams

Aura is designed to deliver role-specific answers and actions. A frontline agent on a live call gets a quick summary and recommended next step. A network engineer receives a full diagnostic report. Subscribers get plain-language explanations and self-care options directly inside the apps they already use, without calling support. The system cross-references each case against the full subscriber base in real time, catching fleet-wide patterns a single agent would miss.

The engine integrates with Airties' existing platforms, including Careview, surfacing AI-generated summaries and recommended actions inside current workflows. It also supports agent-to-agent interoperability, allowing operators to plug Aura into their own AI Agents & Automation initiatives. For network operations and engineering teams, Aura enables auditable automation at scale, including firmware rollout and rollback management, remote troubleshooting, targeted configuration testing, and real-time KPI monitoring.

Governance and domain grounding

Sachin Chickballapur, Chief Technical and Product Officer of Airties, addressed the practical barriers to deploying agentic AI. "Agentic AI becomes deployable when it is grounded in trusted data and the right governance controls," he said. "That grounding comes from two decades of Airties' Wi-Fi and connectivity domain expertise built directly into how Aura reasons and acts."

The system includes human-in-the-loop governance that lets operators control which actions run autonomously and which require approval. Automation levels can scale up as confidence increases. Aura also provides automated anomaly and threat detection across home and SMB networks, aggregating device and network telemetry for subscriber-level protection and proactive remediation.

Early adoption and operator perspective

Turknet, which describes itself as TΓΌrkiye's next-generation telecommunications operator, embedded Aura within its existing Airties Home platform. CEO Cem Celebiler framed the move as a shift from reactive support to proactive intelligence. "By embedding the proactive, action-oriented capabilities of agentic AI into our customer experience, we aim to go beyond simply resolving connectivity issues," Celebiler said. "Our goal is to anticipate potential needs and identify problems earlier, enabling us to deliver a more seamless experience for our users."

Airties reports that Aura draws on AI/ML-driven connectivity intelligence from more than 50 million connected homes and businesses. The company's customers include AT&T, Cox, Deutsche Telekom, Telia, Telstra, T-Mobile US, and Vodafone. The engine is hardware-agnostic and works across broadband gateways, extenders, applications, and connected devices, supporting fibre, cable/DSL, and fixed wireless access deployments.
