ARKI Enters the U.S. Market to Streamline Construction and Design

ARKI, a company using artificial intelligence to improve collaboration within construction, engineering, and architectural systems, has launched its services in the United States. The company presents case studies demonstrating project time reductions of 50% or more.

According to ARKI CEO and co-founder Natalia Bakaeva, traditional systems in architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) are isolated and not built to integrate smoothly. She explains, “We founded ARKI to address the inefficiencies caused by siloed data and the slow, manual nature of typical AEC workflows. Our AI enables design teams to quickly access relevant knowledge, anticipate obstacles, and deliver more efficient designs.” The U.S. expansion marks a key move to enhance how physical buildings and their digital counterparts interact.

How ARKI Supports the AEC Industry

ARKI is part of a group supported by Equity Angels, an advisory firm helping minority-led startups get needed resources. The platform allows multiple stakeholders to make decisions based on combined data from all major systems involved in a building project.

This approach cuts down unnecessary communication, uncovers hidden issues, removes delays, and shortens workflows — all while maintaining compliance, safety, and efficiency. ARKI processes both 2D and 3D design files, using computer vision to index and make searchable the vast amount of documents and drawings from various contributors.

By creating live, searchable data libraries updated in real time, ARKI reduces repetitive tasks, improves risk management, boosts budget accuracy, and speeds up project completion.

ARKI has already gained international clients including RAW Design, LINK Arkitektur, FWBA Architects, and KPMB Architects in Canada, showing demand for smarter data management in AEC projects.
