ASP launches AI tool to fill gap in exhibitor profiles
ASP has launched E-Zone AI Assist, a tool that automatically generates exhibitor profiles for event websites by extracting information from company websites. Exhibitors enter their URL, and the system builds a complete profile in seconds, including product listings.
Incomplete exhibitor profiles remain a persistent problem for event organisers. Teams spend significant time requesting content from exhibitors, who often deprioritise the task before an event. ASP's tool aims to reduce that burden by automating profile creation while letting organisers control which fields-descriptions, contact details, social links-are AI-generated.
The product reflects a broader shift across the events sector toward using AI to cut manual work and improve website performance. Organisers increasingly focus on growing non-branded search traffic and maintaining engagement throughout the year, not just around event dates.
ASP works with organisers including Clarion, Closer Still, Media 10, and What Else Events. Jon Benjamin, CEO of ASP, said exhibitor content drives event website performance but remains "hugely underutilised as an asset."
Nick Craig Waller, marketing director at What Else Events, said managing hundreds of exhibitors across multiple events creates operational strain. "Getting consistent, high-quality profiles has always been difficult," he said.
