Beasley Media signs multiyear deal to deploy Futuri's AI sales platform across all markets

Beasley Media Group has signed a multiyear agreement to deploy Futuri's TopLine Enterprise AI revenue intelligence platform across all its markets. The rollout, implemented during the summer with training led by Chief Business Officer Kevin LeGrett, aims to convert the company's growing digital audience into measurable opportunities for local advertisers.

"We didn't buy a tool; we rebuilt the sales process around one," LeGrett said. The deal extends an eight-year relationship between Beasley and Futuri, which also includes TopicPulse and Futuri POST.

How the platform uses data

The AI platform pulls from Beasley's internal sales records, audience campaign data, and market intelligence. It also draws on commercial data sources through Futuri's system. That combined information generates market-specific research and advertiser recommendations across all of Beasley's terrestrial and digital assets.

This approach gives sellers a research-backed starting point for every client conversation, rather than requiring them to assemble insights manually from scattered sources.

AI agents handle repetitive sales tasks

The platform's AI agents identify and prioritize sales opportunities and produce client-specific research. With user consent, the system records and transcribes meetings, drafts follow-up communications, builds marketing plans, locates funding options, and creates audio or visual spec spots.

Beasley emphasized that sellers stay in control throughout the process. Every piece of AI-generated research, recommendation, and communication gets reviewed and approved before it reaches an advertiser. The technology handles the heavy lifting on preparation and paperwork, but the sales professional makes the final call.

For sales teams exploring how to integrate these capabilities, this kind of workflow fits naturally into an AI Learning Path for Sales Representatives. The core skill isn't just using the tool - it's learning to audit and refine AI output quickly so that client relationships stay personal.

Enterprise-scale rollout

Futuri launched TopLine Enterprise in June following a beta program with what it described as a major U.S. media company. The platform is built for enterprise organizations that want to use AI while incorporating their own data and sales methodology, rather than adopting a generic, one-size-fits-all model.

For Beasley, the deployment isn't a pilot or a test. It's a structural change to how the sales organization operates, baked into a multiyear commitment with in-market training already completed.

Why this matters for sales professionals

This deal signals where sales enablement is heading: AI platforms that don't just assist with one task but reshape the entire workflow from prospecting to post-meeting follow-up. The Beasley model shows a shift away from bolt-on AI features toward systems that integrate company data, market intelligence, and client communication into a single process. For sellers, the practical takeaway is clear - the value isn't in having AI generate more stuff. It's in having AI handle the prep work so you can spend more time in front of buyers, making judgment calls that technology can't.
