Buildots Secures $45M to Enhance AI-Driven Construction Operations

Buildots has closed a $45 million funding round led by Qumra Capital, with additional backing from OG Venture Partners, TLV Partners, Poalim Equity, Future Energy Ventures, and Viola Growth. This latest capital injection raises the company’s total funding to $166 million and supports its ongoing expansion as it reshapes construction management globally.

Boaz Dinte, Managing General Partner at Qumra Capital, will join Buildots’ board, strengthening the partnership and strategic guidance for the company’s next phase.

AI and Computer Vision Streamline Construction Projects

Buildots leverages AI and computer vision to provide predictive analytics that help construction teams reduce delays by up to 50%, delivering significant cost savings. This technology is particularly valuable given the current surge in data center and mega-project construction, alongside supply chain challenges and labor shortages.

The company is broadening its platform to cover more stages of the construction lifecycle. By using historical project data, Buildots benchmarks performance and optimizes future projects, making project management more data-driven and efficient. The new funding will accelerate scaling these capabilities.

Expanding Presence and Client Partnerships

In 2025, Buildots plans to quadruple its North American footprint. It already works with leading general contractors and project owners such as The Turner Corp., STO Building Group Inc., JE Dunn Construction Group, Samet Corporation, Mortenson, Ledcor, and Pomerleau.

Internationally, Buildots has formed strategic agreements with UK contractors including Sir Robert McAlpine, Wates, Kier, Multiplex, and IHP. In Europe, it supports top firms like VINCI Construction, NCC, Hochtief, GCC, and Bouygues Construction.

Driving Efficiency in Semiconductor and Data Center Construction

The increase in semiconductor fab and data center projects is a key growth driver for Buildots. Intel, both a client and investor, uses Buildots’ platform to improve operational efficiency across its global semiconductor fabrication construction efforts.

This Series D funding will support further development of Buildots’ platform, expanding its ability to address challenges throughout the entire construction lifecycle and strengthening its role as an essential tool for construction operations teams.
