A Chandigarh-based company is building AI sales and marketing tools specifically for India's micro, small, and medium enterprises, with business websites starting at ₹10,000. LACE AI, founded in 2025, has already served more than 40 businesses and delivered over 500 AI-generated cinematic videos and graphic creatives, according to its website.

The company operates as a B2B AI agency offering services that include business websites, custom CRM systems, AI-powered creative content, and social media automation. Founder Abhinav Singla, a University of Leeds graduate, designed the platform around the realities of businesses in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities across North India.

"Rather than building technology exclusively for large enterprises, LACE AI focuses on solutions that can work within the realities and budgets of Indian MSMEs," the company said in its announcement.

Connecting sales and marketing under one platform

LACE AI positions itself as a one-stop service for businesses that want to integrate AI for Sales and marketing operations. Its services connect different stages of customer acquisition: generating creative content, managing social media, capturing leads, automating communication, and organizing customer data through CRM systems.

This matters for MSMEs where small teams often juggle marketing, sales, and customer communication simultaneously. The company's proposition centers on reducing that complexity through automation while keeping costs low. Custom CRM and automation offerings are positioned as accessible alternatives to conventional technology development.

The company's approach has drawn academic attention. A team from the University of Leeds conducted research on LACE AI's business model, examining its application in hospitality and booking. Singla said the project was an opportunity to examine how AI operators and short-form content models can influence marketing approaches in experience-driven industries.

Roots in smaller cities

The team's experience working with brands across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities shapes how LACE AI builds its products. Rather than expecting business owners to become technology experts, the company builds systems that let them use AI for Marketing without navigating the underlying complexity.

The company plans to scale operations significantly over the next six months, with an internal goal of increasing output by 20 times. The ambition reflects the broader opportunity: thousands of small and medium businesses across India are looking for affordable ways to modernize their sales and marketing processes.

Why this matters for sales professionals

LACE AI's model signals a shift in who gets access to sales automation. For sales professionals working in or with Indian MSMEs, tools that connect creative content, lead capture, and CRM systems at a lower price point reduce the dependency on large enterprise software budgets. The company's focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets also highlights where the next wave of sales technology adoption is likely to come from - not from major metros, but from the smaller cities where most of India's businesses actually operate.
