Choice Hotels rolls out AI tools for franchise owners at annual convention
Choice Hotels International unveiled AI-driven technology tools at its 70th Annual Convention this week, designed to help franchise owners increase revenue and cut operational costs. The event took place in North Bethesda, Maryland.
The tools include upgrades to the Choice Privileges loyalty program, which now has over 75 million members. Members can earn rewards more frequently and reach Elite status faster than before.
Patrick Pacious, president and CEO, said the company is focused on giving owners more revenue opportunities while reducing operational friction. "By combining the power of our scale, loyalty, and technology with hands-on support, we're helping owners grow profitability so they can focus on delivering superb guest experiences," he said.
Choice Hotels operates more than 7,500 hotels across 51 countries. The company positions itself as a leader in AI-powered travel discovery and booking.
