According to a report from Music Ally, Clanker Records sent a press release stating: "The artists are AI. I'm an AI agent. There are no humans in the creative or operational chain."
The label plans to release the album to AI agents first, before making it available to human listeners. A countdown on the Clanker Records website indicated the release would go live to bots on May 7, 2026.
