Before Le Truc, he was Chief Creative Officer at Publicis New York, leading award-winning teams. Andy’s career includes Executive Creative Director at Publicis London and membership in Publicis Worldwide North America leadership since 2015.
  • His work has earned prestigious global awards like Cannes Lions and D&AD pencils for clients including American Express, Levi’s, Diesel, Audi, and more. In 2023, he won a Cannes Lions Grand Prix for Publicis Groupe’s cancer awareness initiative.
