Datavault AI and Wellgistics Health Form $4 Billion DelivMeds Venture

Datavault AI and Wellgistics Health have signed a binding term sheet to create DelivMeds AI, a healthcare company combining blockchain pharmacy infrastructure, AI-powered pharmacy services, biometric verification, drone logistics, and consumer health platforms. The transaction is valued at approximately $4 billion, pending independent fairness review.

The deal expands Datavault's existing PharmacyChain license to include Healthcare-as-a-Service intellectual property. DelivMeds AI will gain access to Wellgistics' network of more than 6,500 pharmacies and over 200 manufacturers.

Key Assets and Acquisitions

DelivMeds AI will acquire the QOLPOM patent portfolio from EOS Technology Holdings and Scilex Holding Company. The portfolio includes biometric pharmacodynamic verification technology and AI-enabled drone logistics designed for pharmaceutical delivery and diagnostic sample collection.

The company also plans to acquire a controlling stake in Tollo Health, which develops medical foods and dietary supplements targeting muscle loss related to GLP-1 therapies, acute viral infections, and chronic conditions including Long COVID. Tollo brings its consumer engagement app "Health Lives Here" and a marketing partnership with NFL Alumni Health.

Operational Structure and Timeline

Gerald Commissiong has been appointed Interim Co-CEO of Wellgistics Health to oversee the integration. Under the arrangement, Wellgistics' EinsteinRx AI platform will handle eligibility verification, prior authorization, and prescription fulfillment, while PharmacyChain will provide blockchain infrastructure for prescription workflows.

DelivMeds AI plans to pilot the "Health Lives Here" initiative in North Carolina beginning July 2026. A broader rollout is scheduled to coincide with NFL Alumni Health activities surrounding the 2026 Pro Football Hall of Fame Game in August.

What This Means for Healthcare Operations

The venture connects AI for Healthcare with physical distribution. Tollo Health's Forzet medical food, designed to address muscle loss from weight-loss therapies, was recently presented with NFL Alumni Health at the 2026 NFL Draft.

The QOLPOM portfolio's Data Driven Drones capability targets rural and underserved communities for medical supply and biopharmaceutical delivery. Wearable technology enables biometric verification of how drugs affect patients, with contactless identity verification for medication deliveries.

For operations teams, the blockchain-enabled smart contracts and AI for Operations components address supply chain visibility and logistics optimization in pharmaceutical distribution.

The transactions remain subject to due diligence, financing, board approvals, and execution of final agreements.
