DeepTalent Technologies launched EzRecruit.ai on July 14, 2026, an AI-powered operating system built specifically for India's recruitment agencies. The move targets an industry where an estimated 60,000 placement consultants still rely on spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and individual memory to manage candidates and clients.
Positioned as an Agency Operating System, the platform centralizes candidate information, client mandates, communication, and reporting in a single interface. It aims to reduce administrative burden so recruiters can focus on relationship-building and placements rather than repetitive tasks.
Designed for agency workflows
Unlike traditional applicant tracking systems designed for corporate HR departments managing a single organization's hiring, EzRecruit.ai addresses the complexity of staffing firms. These agencies juggle multiple clients, dozens of job openings, and thousands of candidate profiles simultaneously. The platform streamlines operations end to end, replacing fragmented manual processes with a unified system.
AI capabilities
The platform automates resume parsing and candidate screening, extracting and organizing information without manual data entry. A conversational search engine lets recruiters query their database using everyday language instead of complex filters, shortening the time to find suitable candidates. WhatsApp-based interview scheduling integrates with the communication tool most used by Indian recruiters, while real-time dashboards give leadership teams visibility into recruiter productivity, hiring progress, and client delivery.
"We didn't build EzRecruit to help agencies work harder. We built it to help them see and reduce the cost hidden inside every profile they submit," said Richa Bajaj, Founder of DeepTalent Technologies.
Early adoption
Hyderabad-based recruitment and staffing firm eSoft Labs reported that implementing EzRecruit.ai improved its delivery capacity and gave management better visibility into recruiter performance. The company says the platform has gained traction among Indian agencies and is drawing early interest from staffing consultants in the United States and Dubai.
Why this matters for HR professionals
As AI for Human Resources expands beyond internal corporate tools, platforms like EzRecruit.ai reshape how external staffing agencies operate. For HR teams, understanding the technology that agencies use can lead to more efficient collaboration and better evaluation of the candidates those agencies deliver. The shift also signals that AI fluency is becoming essential not just for in-house recruiters but for the entire hiring ecosystem.
