Deloitte Expands Silicon to Service AI Offering to Government, Regulated Industries

Deloitte has extended its Silicon to Service (S2S) artificial intelligence platform to support government agencies and regulated sectors. This move enables organizations to quickly prototype, deploy, and scale AI tools for essential operations.

Ed Van Buren, principal at Deloitte Consulting, explained that S2S provides government entities with more options to access advanced AI capabilities across their own data centers, hosting providers, and cloud environments. This approach shortens the timeline from AI concept to operational impact while optimizing cost and security.

Silicon to Service AI Infrastructure

Deloitte’s S2S AI platform operates on NVIDIA’s Blackwell accelerated computing technology, paired with Dell Technologies’ PowerEdge XE9680 servers and PowerScale storage. The entire infrastructure is hosted within Equinix data centers to ensure reliability and security.

Paul Perez, senior technology fellow at Dell Technologies, highlighted that the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA forms the backbone of this system. It offers scalable computing power and services tailored to meet the high-performance demands of AI, HPC, and data-heavy workloads. This enables government agencies to meet mission-critical objectives effectively and securely.

Use Cases and Benefits
