Workday Services Partner EZE Cloud Goes Live on Its Own Platform

EZE Cloud Consulting, a Workday partner serving Fortune 500 companies, has completed a three-month deployment of Workday's human resources and finance software across its own operations. The move demonstrates the company's confidence in the platform while testing its ability to implement the software at scale.

The company, which has 130+ employees across five markets in Asia, rolled out Workday Human Capital Management and Workday Financial Management simultaneously. The deployment included core HR modules for compensation, absence management, and time tracking, plus financial management and project tracking tools.

Why This Matters for HR Leaders

EZE Cloud's approach offers a practical case study in how HR and finance systems can work together. By connecting people data with financial data in a single platform, the company created what executives call a "unified data core" - meaning HR can see staffing costs in real time, and finance can access accurate headcount and compensation figures without manual reconciliation.

Damodar Pai, founder and co-CEO, said the go-live signals confidence in the solution the firm recommends to clients. "By adopting Workday internally, we are reinforcing confidence in the platform's stability and long-term value," he said.

For HR teams specifically, the deployment included Workday Compensation, Workday Absence Management, and Workday Time Tracking. These modules create a foundation for managing workforce data as the company scales.

What's Next

EZE Cloud has mapped a second phase that adds talent acquisition, talent optimization, and learning management tools. The company operates in India, Singapore, the Philippines, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, requiring the system to handle multiple regulatory environments and currencies.

HR leaders considering similar platforms should note that EZE Cloud prioritized simultaneous deployment of both HR and finance modules rather than a phased approach - a choice that required more upfront work but delivered integrated data from day one.
