FGS Global Names Weber Shandwick Veteran Ethan Bauley Head of AI Advisory
FGS Global has appointed Ethan Bauley, a veteran of Weber Shandwick's data and AI unit, to lead the firm's new AI advisory practice. Bauley will counsel clients on how AI is reshaping media, workflows, and reputation management.
In the role, Bauley will lead integrated teams of data scientists, engineers, and subject matter experts. His work will help clients understand how their AI models represent their brands and navigate the strategic use of AI across their operations.
At Weber Shandwick, Bauley worked at Weber I/O, the agency's global data and AI unit, where he advised clients through complex situations and helped architect the firm's data and AI roadmap. He also managed multi-year strategic partnerships with leading technology companies and academic researchers.
Before joining Weber Shandwick, Bauley spent three years in global corporate communications at HP. He served as digital editor-in-chief and led media strategy for HP Labs' analytics and AI research teams.
