FPT Corporation announced Flezi Foundry, an AI-augmented delivery platform that pairs autonomous AI agents with human oversight for software development and IT operations. The platform uses what FPT calls Agentic Engineering-a structured approach that embeds AI agents into delivery workflows while maintaining human supervision and governance.
The platform addresses a practical problem: how to scale software delivery and operations support without proportional increases in headcount. FPT claims the model can deliver up to 30% more output within the same budget for development work, and automate resolution for 60% to 90% of first-line IT support requests.
Two Operational Models
Flezi Foundry operates through two distinct models. The Agentic Development Lifecycle (ADLC) deploys specialized AI agents across planning, coding, review, testing, security, and documentation. Human supervisors oversee the agents' work and validate outputs.
Agentic Managed Services (AMS) applies the same human-agent model to IT operations. Operations agents handle alert triage, incident resolution, and remediation under human supervision. FPT targets 99.5% service-level compliance at maturity.
Technical Architecture
The platform rests on four technical foundations:
