The company plans to scale the tool across its 63 million monthly users. It currently covers Type 2 diabetes and will expand to other conditions.

Fullspan designed Healthline AI to move beyond information delivery. The tool guides users from confusion toward actionable next steps-whether that means understanding a diagnosis, finding a provider, or exploring lifestyle changes.

The distinction matters for healthcare marketers and pharma companies. General-purpose chatbots like ChatGPT lack healthcare-specific safeguards and compliance controls. Healthline AI includes privacy protections and medical guardrails built into its architecture.
