Galicia Podcast Summit to examine AI's impact on content production and monetization
The Galicia Podcast Summit returns to A Coruña on June 17 for its fourth edition, bringing together podcast creators, marketers and communications professionals to discuss how artificial intelligence is changing production workflows, distribution and revenue models.
The one-day event will feature ten speakers from the podcasting and creator economy sectors. Attendees will hear presentations on generative video, AI-assisted production, the growth of video podcasts and emerging monetization strategies.
For communications professionals, the summit addresses practical questions: how AI tools are reshaping content workflows, where audiences are moving (toward video formats), and how brands should position their media channels. Understanding these shifts matters for anyone managing podcasts or audio content as part of a communications strategy.
What's on the agenda
The summit will cover four main topics:
- AI-assisted content production and its effect on workflows
- The rapid adoption of video podcasts
- New monetization models in podcasting
- Networking and relationship-building in an increasingly automated industry
Leandro Menéndez, co-organizer, said the goal is to create a space where creators and media professionals can share experiences and discuss both opportunities and challenges ahead.
Attendance and logistics
The summit takes place at Centro de Empresas Accede Papagaio in A Coruña. Attendance is free, though registration is required.
