Financial Statement Update and Management Cease Trade Order
Hapbee announced a delay in filing its annual audited financial statements and MD&A for the year ended December 31, 2024. The company continues to work with its auditor to complete the filings by June 30, 2025. The auditor has received all necessary information and is finalizing the review process.
A Management Cease Trade Order (MCTO) was issued on May 1, 2025, restricting trading by the CEO and CFO until the required filings and certifications are submitted or the order is revoked. This restriction does not affect trading by other shareholders.
The company commits to issuing bi-weekly status reports while in default and confirms no insolvency proceedings or undisclosed material information.
