Heirs Insurance Deploys Multi-Language AI Assistant in Nigeria

Heirs Insurance Group launched Prince AI, a generative AI assistant that handles customer inquiries, policy sales, and claims tracking across multiple languages. The move makes Heirs the first insurer in Nigeria to deploy such a tool, available on WhatsApp, the SimpleLife Mobile App, and the company's website.

Prince AI communicates in English, Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, and other languages. The assistant answers questions about Heirs products and broader insurance topics, helping customers assess coverage needs and identify suitable policies.

What the Assistant Does

  • Responds to customer inquiries about insurance products and coverage
  • Processes policy purchases and renewals
  • Initiates and tracks claims
  • Escalates cases to human representatives when needed

The system learns from each interaction, refining its responses over time. When customers need personalized advice, Heirs representatives provide expert guidance, creating a hybrid model that combines automation speed with human judgment.
