Hightouch Reaches $2.75 Billion Valuation on AI Marketing Expansion

Hightouch closed a $150 million Series D funding round, doubling its valuation from $1.2 billion in February 2025. The company now stands at $2.75 billion.

The marketing automation platform uses AI agents to handle the full marketing workflow: researching audiences, generating creative assets, and executing campaigns across email, SMS, advertising, and web channels. The system operates directly on customer data and brand context to identify opportunities and deploy campaigns without manual intervention.

Goldman Sachs and Bain Capital Ventures co-led the round. Darren Cohen, a Goldman Sachs partner, said the company has positioned itself to "define the next category of marketing infrastructure" by deploying AI agents on top of enterprise data systems.

Growth and Market Opportunity

Hightouch reported greater than 100% year-over-year growth for the past two years. The company plans to use new funding to expand capabilities in campaign orchestration, decisioning logic, and cross-channel execution.

Kashish Gupta, Hightouch co-founder and co-CEO, said the platform was built so "AI agents can operate directly on trusted data, find opportunities 24/7, and then generate and execute high-quality campaigns across channels."

The Problem It Solves

Hightouch was founded to address a core marketing problem: impersonal, poorly timed campaigns that miss audience intent. The platform pairs each customer with a personalized agent that interprets preferences and timing rather than repeating the same offer repeatedly.

Tejas Manohar, co-founder and co-CEO, compared the approach to banking. "It's like going into a bank and meeting a teller who knows you," he said. "They're not just going to minute-one tell you about offer X and keep repeating it."

As enterprises adopt AI for marketing to automate workflows at scale, platforms like Hightouch address a concrete business need: executing personalized campaigns faster and more efficiently than teams can manually.
