Hotelschool The Hague Offers Practical AI Training for Hospitality Managers
Hotelschool The Hague will host a 3.5-hour masterclass on AI applications in hospitality on 8 June at its Amsterdam campus. The session targets department heads, managers, and general managers working in hotels and events.
The school is positioning the course as practical rather than theoretical. Participants will see live demonstrations of AI systems that generate on-brand guest communications and convert generic event proposals into tailored pitches within minutes.
What the masterclass covers
The curriculum focuses on four operational areas where hospitality teams most commonly apply AI:
- Guest communication
- Operational processes
- Event proposals
- Shift handovers and HR support
No technical background is required to attend. The course emphasizes where AI delivers measurable value and where human judgment remains necessary-a distinction that matters in customer-facing roles.
Participants will receive actionable ideas they can implement immediately after the session ends.
Structure and follow-up
The masterclass runs from 13:00 to 18:30 on 8 June. A follow-up online session on 23 June provides a Q&A forum and best-practice exchange to help teams embed what they learned.
The course is limited to 30 participants. Hotelschool The Hague charges €350 for the introductory rate, with a €300 rate for alumni. A certificate of participation is included.
Interested professionals can contact Hossam Haggag, Project Manager Strategic Projects at Hotelschool The Hague, for enrollment details and questions.
This masterclass is part of a broader professional education program currently in development at the school. For more information on AI for Hospitality & Events, visit the school's website at hotelschool.nl.
