HubSpot rolled out one of its largest product expansions in years on Wednesday, introducing a redesigned Breeze Assistant that can coordinate work across specialized AI agents, a self-updating Smart CRM, and a new Marketing Studio built to move marketers from identifying problems directly into taking action. The Fall 2026 Spotlight release reorganizes the platform around what the company calls "Growth Context" - continuously refreshed information about a company's customers, employees, and business activities that its AI systems can act on.
The company said customers using its platform generate nearly 3.6 times more marketing-qualified leads, win 3.2 times more deals, and close more than twice as many support tickets. HubSpot attributes those metrics to having business and customer context connected in one system rather than scattered across separate tools.
Breeze Assistant moves from answering questions to coordinating agents
At the center of the release is an overhauled Breeze Assistant. The previous version functioned primarily as a conversational tool that answered questions. The new version accepts natural-language requests, determines which specialized HubSpot agents are needed, and coordinates work across them. It can generate proposals, reports, and campaign plans while grounding those actions in CRM information rather than operating only from a generic large language model context.
That capability is supported by a redesigned Smart CRM. Calls, emails, and meetings can now be captured and synchronized automatically, reducing the manual data entry required to keep customer records current. A new feature called Context Home gives organizations a score indicating the completeness of their contextual data and identifies gaps that could reduce the effectiveness of HubSpot's AI agents. The idea is a CRM that continuously refreshes itself as customer and employee interactions occur.
"We hear from customers every day that they don't want to think about which AI tools to use, they just want outcomes," said Duncan Lennox, Chief Product and Technology Officer at HubSpot. "So we reimagined HubSpot to be a platform that delivers those outcomes, and everything we unveiled today shows how AI can actually deliver real ROI when it understands your business."
Marketing Studio surfaces problems and acts on them
HubSpot is pushing AI for Marketing deeper into its platform with Marketing Studio, a product designed to shorten the distance between spotting a problem and fixing it. Marketing Studio can surface information such as a company's AI engine optimization visibility score, an underperforming audience segment, or leads that entered the funnel but were never contacted. Users can then ask Breeze Assistant to address the issue, with specialized content and campaign agents helping plan campaigns, create content, and personalize nurture sequences for individual contacts.
Early Marketing Studio customers are creating 81% more campaigns, HubSpot said. Customers using Breeze Assistant generate 2.2 times more leads.
The release also expands HubSpot's advertising capabilities in two directions. The company said it is becoming the first CRM to integrate with ChatGPT Ads, letting businesses reach potential customers while they are researching and making decisions inside ChatGPT. Traffic from those ads can be directed to HubSpot landing pages, with resulting leads automatically captured, enrolled into workflows, and attributed alongside other marketing channels. Microsoft Advertising is also being integrated, allowing marketers to view advertising performance and determine which campaigns are driving pipeline and revenue without leaving the CRM.
AI agents take on prospecting and deal progression
HubSpot's sales tools received substantial AI Agents & Automation upgrades. Breeze Assistant can now delegate prospecting activity to an updated Prospecting Agent, which monitors more than 40 buying signals, assembles potential buying groups, and creates personalized outreach based on those signals. The company is attempting to automate more administrative work surrounding a sale while keeping representatives focused on customer conversations and closing opportunities.
A new Mobile Notetaker captures sales conversations whether representatives are meeting customers virtually or in person. HubSpot's revamped Deal Progression system uses those transcripts to identify CRM updates, draft follow-up communications, and keep deal plans current. Changes can be approved with one click. HubSpot said customers using its AI sales tools have reduced their time to close by nearly half.
Later in the sales cycle, the new Revenue Hub can automatically generate a quote using the full context of a deal rather than requiring sales teams to manually transfer information between systems. HubSpot cited Canadian software company Workleap as an early example, saying the customer used Revenue Hub to move from quote creation to signature in less than 15 minutes.
Why this matters for marketers
This release signals a shift in how marketing platforms handle AI - away from bolting separate assistants onto individual applications and toward a central assistant that coordinates specialized agents across marketing, sales, and customer operations. For marketers, the practical implication is straightforward: if the CRM continuously updates itself and the AI understands your full business context, campaign planning and lead nurturing can happen faster and with less manual data wrangling. The 81% increase in campaigns among early Marketing Studio users suggests the approach has measurable output effects. The integration with ChatGPT Ads also opens a new paid channel that routes prospects directly into HubSpot's automation pipeline, with attribution tracked alongside existing channels.
