Industry veteran Sloan Dean has launched AI Hospitality Group, describing it as the first AI-native hotel operating company. The firm plans to deploy more than 60 autonomous agents across its operations, a move designed to test whether tightly governed automation can improve hotel economics without degrading the guest experience.
The company is targeting a 500-basis-point improvement in gross operating profit through this model. The initiative will serve as a direct test case for the hospitality sector, examining if a heavily automated operating structure can deliver measurable financial gains while maintaining service standards.
