Kael works as an AI-led orchestration engine. It continuously scans millions of data points across project workflows, detects emerging risks, and routes insights to the right stakeholders. This shifts teams from manual reporting cycles to intelligence-led decisions.
The platform pairs with Observance, Inkers' operational intelligence solution that uses computer vision, LiDAR, and real-time analytics to create a live digital twin of construction sites. Together, they connect site-level activity to executive strategy.
Early deployments show measurable results. Project managers recovered 3-4 hours daily by automating reporting and surfacing critical insights. Early risk detection helps avoid cascading delays and cost overruns while giving leadership unfiltered visibility into project health.
