Integrity Acquires TC Financial to Expand AI-Driven Insurance Distribution in Midwest
Integrity, a Dallas-based insurance distribution platform, has acquired TC Financial, an independent marketing organization based in Minneapolis. The deal expands Integrity's footprint in the Midwest and gives TC Financial agents access to AI-powered tools designed to streamline operations.
TC Financial, led by Kristopher "Kit" Curry, sells life and health insurance and annuities across the region. The agency is known for agent retention and a mentorship-focused culture.
What TC Financial agents gain
TC Financial agents will access IntegrityCONNECT, an all-in-one platform that handles quoting, applications, enrollment, and policy management. They'll also use Ask Integrity, a voice-activated AI assistant that provides data analysis and recommendations during client conversations.
The acquisition gives agents entry to Integrity's partner network and a broader ecosystem of life, health, and wealth products.
Why the deal matters
Integrity serves millions of Americans through a nationwide agent network. The company has received recognition from Newsweek and the Business Intelligence Group for workplace culture and AI capabilities.
For insurance professionals, the acquisition signals how distribution platforms are using AI to reduce administrative work. Agents spend less time on paperwork and data entry, freeing capacity to focus on client relationships.
Bryan W. Adams, Integrity's co-founder and CEO, said the acquisition gives TC Financial "more opportunities to build long-term careers while delivering meaningful value to clients."
Curry said Integrity's AI-driven processes help agents stay connected with clients while managing workload more efficiently. He also cited value in joining Integrity's partner network for access to industry best practices.
