ITC Infotech and InsureMO Partner on AI-Driven Insurance Modernisation

ITC Infotech and InsureMO announced a strategic alliance to help insurers in the Middle East, Africa, and India modernise operations using agentic AI. The partnership combines ITC Infotech's K-Fabric AI framework with InsureMO's platform of 2,500+ insurance APIs, allowing carriers to automate workflows without replacing existing core systems.

The two companies will co-develop solutions starting with intelligent underwriting, automated product configuration, and claims workflow automation. ITC Infotech's experience centres in Bengaluru and Kolkata, plus its AI Studio in Pune, will serve as co-innovation hubs.

How the Partnership Works

InsureMO's APIs are built in open, structured formats that AI agents can discover and call directly. K-Fabric's agents do not need custom integration or proprietary connectors-they simply invoke the APIs to compose working insurance applications.

For insurers, this addresses a concrete problem: the need to modernise and launch new products quickly without the cost and risk of replacing legacy systems. InsureMO's API layer sits alongside existing systems of record while AI agents automate processes that traditionally require months of manual work.

What's Next

ITC Infotech will build a certified InsureMO practice with engineers trained on the platform's architecture and API framework. Joint go-to-market activities are planned across the Middle East, India, and Africa in 2026.

Manas Chakraborty, CEO of ITC Infotech, said the partnership "provides a platform for our K-Fabric AI agents to operate natively across the insurance value chain, helping carriers deploy intelligent automation faster, with lower risk and cost than traditional modernisation programmes."

Rajat Sharma, Chief Revenue Officer at InsureMO, added that ITC Infotech's regional presence and delivery capability enable insurers "to modernise without disruption."

InsureMO operates across 50+ countries, with over 500 insurers, distributors, and ecosystem partners processing more than $25 billion in Gross Written Premium. Learn more about AI for Insurance and AI Agents & Automation.
