ITRAK 365 Launches AI Framework for EHS and Operations Data
ITRAK 365 announced ITRAK IQ on April 28, an AI integration framework designed to connect environment, health, and safety (EHS) data with AI assistants while keeping sensitive information inside a customer's own Microsoft environment.
The product addresses a practical problem for operations teams: AI tools often require sending data to third-party services, creating compliance and security concerns. ITRAK IQ runs within a customer's Microsoft tenant instead, using existing identity and permission controls.
How It Works
ITRAK IQ allows AI agents to work directly with structured EHS and operational data models rather than unstructured documents. This approach keeps AI agents focused on actual workflows-incident reporting, compliance tracking, operational analysis-while maintaining audit trails and access controls.
Organizations can deploy AI agents built by ITRAK 365, create their own, or combine both using a multi-language model architecture. The framework supports unlimited agents tailored to specific safety and operations work.
Data Stays in Your Environment
The system enforces the customer's existing governance policies and permissions. Sensitive EHS data doesn't leave the organization's Microsoft environment, addressing a primary concern for regulated industries.
