Kazakhstan Launches AI Accelerator Program in Partnership with Meta and BAITC

On May 29, 2025, the Kazakh Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry joined forces with Meta and the Blockchain & AI Technology Centre (BAITC) to launch the Meta LLaMA Accelerator Kazakhstan. This program is focused on developing and implementing AI solutions for both public and private sectors.

The letter of intent was signed during the Astana International Forum 2025, signaling a new push for AI innovation in Kazakhstan. The initiative targets developers, programmers, and startups, providing them with resources and support to build AI products that can scale globally.
