Laylo Deploys AI Ticket Sales Agent to Close the Post-Announcement Slump

Laylo, a CRM and messaging platform for event organizers, has launched an AI Ticket Sales agent designed to recover lost sales in the period between event announcement and ticket door. DICE, one of the largest independent ticketing platforms, is among the first to deploy the tool.

The agent automatically follows up with fans using personalized outreach based on their behavior. Cart abandoners receive reminders. Window-shoppers get low-inventory alerts. Ticket buyers receive prompts to invite friends. All communication happens in the artist's or promoter's voice.

Early deployments are outperforming traditional re-engagement campaigns by 3x, according to Alec Ellin, Laylo's co-founder and CEO. "Event organizers spend weeks building the hype, then lose sales in the gap between announcement and door," Ellin said. "The Ticket Sales Agent picks up where the drop leaves off and closes that gap."

The product analyzes fan data to determine who receives personalized outreach. Laylo's platform already serves teams behind events including Outside Lands, All Things Go, and concerts by John Summit and Ariana Grande.

Simon Kempner, COO of DICE, said the agent provides independent promoters with a tool to maximize attendance. "Our mission is to make the process of buying gig tickets as easy, quick and transparent as possible," Kempner said. "Laylo's AI Ticket Sales Agent will help our fans and provide an essential tool to independent promoters."

Stranger Than is also among the first promoters using the agent. The tool works with major ticketing platforms and is available through Laylo's website.
