Lenovo announced new Yoga devices at IFA 2026 in Berlin on September 3, adding two laptops with NVIDIA RTX Spark, two pen-first tablets, and cross-device software to a portfolio aimed at creative professionals. The updates bring local AI processing for demanding workloads directly into premium, portable hardware that spans laptops, 2-in-1s, and tablets.

Laptops built for local AI and creative workloads
The Lenovo Yoga Pro 9n (15", 11) targets creators and developers who need substantial computing power in a portable machine. It runs on NVIDIA RTX Spark with up to 128GB of unified memory at 9400 MT/s. The platform coordinates multiple AI agents behind the scenes to automate complex creative tasks across applications, rather than just accelerating isolated features. It also handles RTX gaming, giving users one device for AI development, video editing, 3D rendering, and entertainment.
A PureSight Pro OLED display provides the color accuracy for visual work, while a 9.2MP IR camera and haptic Force Pad with pen support offer additional input options. Lenovo X Power thermal architecture keeps the system running under sustained load in a chassis that starts at 3.64 lbs.
The Lenovo Yoga 9n 2-in-1 (16", 11) adds a 360-degree convertible design with a dual-surface pen experience. Users can write or draw on the PureSight Pro OLED display or directly on the haptic Force Pad, choosing whichever surface fits the task. The Yoga Pen Gen 2 provides low-latency input with tilt sensitivity and palm rejection. With up to 64GB of unified memory and the same NVIDIA RTX Spark platform, it accelerates tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and local AI models across creative workflows.

Tablets designed for pen, voice, and touch
The Lenovo Yoga Tab Plus Gen 2 and Lenovo Yoga Tab Gen 2 support input through pen, voice, vision, and touch. Both include built-in AI features - Lenovo AI Vision, Lenovo Qira, Smart AI Input, and AI Creation Tools - that work across gesture, gaze, and voice. Gesture controls like Click to Draw and Flip to Erase pair with 8,192 levels of pressure sensitivity for precise sketching and annotation.

The Tab Plus Gen 2 runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform with a 13-inch 4K PureSight Pro display, while the Tab Gen 2 uses a MediaTek Dimensity 9500s in an 11-inch, 480g body. Both launch with Android 17 and include seven OS upgrades and security updates through 2033. The Tab Plus Gen 2 starts at 849€ and the Tab Gen 2 at 649€, with availability expected in September 2026.
Software that connects the hardware
Lenovo Qira acts as a context-aware AI layer across compatible Yoga PCs and tablets, helping users retain context and pick up work where they left off as they switch devices. The Lenovo Smart Canvas Concept, demonstrated at the event, shows how voice, pen, camera, and touch input can flow between a Yoga AIO desktop and a Yoga Tab Gen 2 within a connected workspace.
