Levo launches Flight Leads AI sales platform for charter operators

Levo has released Flight Leads, an AI-powered sales dashboard that collapses inbound flight request triage, aircraft matching, and pricing into one workspace. Charter operators have spent two decades jumping between five or six disconnected screens, and the delay often costs them trips - by the time a quote goes out, the opportunity is gone.

"Charter operators have been juggling five or six disconnected screens to manage inbound demand for two decades - by the time a quote gets out, the trip is often already gone," said Joe Moeggenberg, Levo's CEO. "Flight Leads puts every request in one place, matched to the right aircraft and priced on the operator's own rules, one click from a sent quote."

One screen for the full sales motion

Flight Leads ingests retail and wholesale flight requests from a company inbox and from aggregators. Each request arrives already matched to a specific tail number based on scheduled availability, pre-priced according to the operator's pricing rules. The sales rep sees availability, routing, block time, pricing, lead quality, and trip notes all on one screen, with the quote pre-filled and ready to send via email or SMS.

"Every charter sales group told us the same thing - they live on the sell screen because they can't afford to miss a request, then lose the request anyway while they piece together a quote," said Janine Jamison, vice president of Industry Development at Levo. "Flight Leads hands them a screen that's already filtered to viable matches, already priced and wired into the rest of their workflow."

Open architecture feeds live aircraft data

The platform connects directly to the operator's own flight scheduling software through APIs and webhooks. That means the matching engine works from a live operational picture, not a static snapshot. Inbound requests from aggregators are tagged and can be hidden with a single toggle so that only retail requests surface. An aircraft schedule filter narrows quoting options to aircraft that are actually available. Clicking any quoted or confirmed request returns the rep to the full Levo quote - including the email thread, traveler requests, and terms - keeping the entire sales motion in one place.

Faster quotes at a lower cost

Moeggenberg said the platform is designed to recover revenue operators lose to slow response. "The first operator to respond with a competitive quote wins the trip most often, and the current multi-system workflow costs operators that window consistently." He added that Flight Leads costs substantially less than the legacy aggregator platforms that have dominated charter marketing for two decades, letting operators join a modern demand channel without legacy cost structures eating into margins.

Why this matters for sales professionals

Speed-to-quote defines charter sales. A rep who toggles between systems to triage leads, check schedules, and build prices is losing revenue to every minute of delay. Flight Leads removes that tax by unifying the steps that most directly affect win rates. For salespeople in any industry, tools that collapse manual triage and pricing into a single automated workspace - especially when integrated with live operational data - are the difference between winning and losing a time-sensitive deal.
