Loop Raises $95M to Build AI Intelligence Layer for Supply Chains
Loop, an AI platform for logistics and supply chain operations, closed a $95 million Series C round led by Valor Equity Partners and the Valor Atreides AI Fund. The company plans to expand its team and product capabilities across logistics, finance, and broader supply chain functions.
The core problem Loop addresses is familiar to operations leaders: data scattered across disconnected systems. ERP platforms, transportation management systems, and warehouse software rarely talk to each other, leaving decision-makers working from incomplete pictures.
Loop's platform consolidates this fragmented data into what the company calls a unified intelligence layer. The system ingests information from enterprise platforms, standardizes it, and feeds it into DUX, a family of AI models designed specifically for logistics environments. The result is automation of back-office workflows and clearer visibility into costs, operations, and working capital.
Companies including Outset Medical, Clemens Food Group, Olipop, Kendra Scott, and Dot Foods use the platform for procurement, compliance, inbound logistics, and financial operations.
Matt McKinney, Loop's CEO and co-founder, said the funding allows the company to connect financial and operational data so customers can make decisions faster. Antonio Gracias, founder and CEO of Valor Equity Partners, described Loop's approach as turning previously inaccessible data into actionable intelligence that improves costs, processes, and working capital.
The round included participation from 8VC, Founders Fund, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, and Tao Capital Partners.
