Meta launches AI assistant to help creators analyze performance and find content ideas
Meta has rolled out an AI-powered creator assistant on Facebook designed to help creators understand their performance, generate content ideas and grow audiences. The tool is now available to creators in India, the United States and Canada.
The assistant sits directly in the creator dashboard and answers questions in conversational format. Creators can ask why a particular Reel performed well, track audience shifts over time or request specific actions to improve future results.
Meta built the tool to learn from continued use. It adapts recommendations based on what a creator prioritizes: audience growth, engagement or monetisation.
Beyond metrics
The assistant goes further than performance data. It suggests new content ideas by drawing on trends across Facebook, recommending formats, themes, cultural moments and popular audio relevant to a creator's audience.
Recommendations account for a creator's style, audience behaviour, engagement trends and past performance.
Expanded translation for Reels
Meta also expanded AI-powered Reels translations to include Arabic, Bahasa Indonesian, French, Thai and Vietnamese. The technology preserves a creator's voice and tone while converting content to another language.
Creators can add an optional lip-sync feature that aligns translated audio with on-screen speech. More than half a billion users watch AI-translated content on Facebook weekly, Meta said.
Meta plans to add more capabilities to the creator assistant and expand availability to additional countries in coming months.
