Mize and Dida build AI-powered travel distribution infrastructure

Mize, an Israeli revenue infrastructure company, and Dida, a China-based travel distribution platform, announced a partnership to build AI-powered systems for booking and distribution. The companies plan to integrate Mize's predictive pricing and decision-making tools with Dida's network of travel agencies, tour operators, and online travel agencies across Asia-Pacific and beyond.

For operations teams, the partnership addresses a real problem: travel distribution has become fragmented, with supply scattered across vendors, demand shifting constantly, and margins under pressure. Both companies say AI infrastructure-not bolted-on AI tools-can absorb these fluctuations at scale.

What each company brings

Mize's platform uses predictive algorithms, dynamic liquidity management, and rule-based automation to handle pricing and inventory complexity. Dida operates a network connecting hotel, airline, and ancillary content to travel businesses across the region.

The integration will standardize outcomes across Dida's booking lifecycle, reducing manual work and operational friction. Planned expansions include deeper connections across pricing intelligence, predictive capability, and decision automation.

Operations focus

Dor Krubiner, Mize's chief executive, said the collaboration "reflects a shared focus on building infrastructure that helps travel businesses manage complexity with greater consistency and scalability."

Daryl Lee, Dida's chief executive, framed the approach differently: "AI is not an overlay but the operating system of modern distribution."

Mize was founded in 2016 and supports more than 300 clients globally. Dida, founded in 2012, operates hotel, flights, ground transportation, and experiences platforms across Asia-Pacific.

For operations professionals managing travel distribution, AI Agents & Automation and AI for Operations resources can help assess how these systems reduce manual decision-making and improve execution consistency.
