Mobavenue AI Tech reports Rs 218 crore revenue as it expands to UK and Latin America

Mobavenue AI Tech closed FY2026 with Rs 218.48 crore in revenue and Rs 45.37 crore EBITDA, a 20.8% margin. The company expanded operations into the UK and Latin America, completed a Rs 50 crore capital raise, and acquired Mobavenue Media in full.

The adtech company's fourth quarter showed stronger momentum. Q4 revenue grew 41.9% year-over-year, while EBITDA jumped 67.5%, driven by direct advertiser demand in quick commerce, fintech, BFSI and retail sectors.

International business and client mix shift

International operations now account for 11.5% of total revenue. The company serves over 150 brands across 10 countries. Direct clients represent 73.9% of FY2026 revenue, up from prior periods, signaling reduced dependence on intermediaries and stronger enterprise relationships.

The UK launch gives Mobavenue access to European agency holding groups. Latin America operations focus on mobile-first digital markets where the company already had some presence.

AI infrastructure and processing scale

Mobavenue transitioned its core decision-making engine to a proprietary neural network framework. The system delivers real-time inference in under 15 milliseconds and processes more than 1.25 billion consumer and campaign signals daily across devices and digital touchpoints.

The company operates its GMP 360 platform stack independently, without reliance on third-party demand-side platforms. The ecosystem includes five core tools: PrsmX for awareness, SurgeX for user acquisition, DiscvrX and AmplifiX for app discovery, and ResurgeX for retention.

A new AI workbench integrates deep neural networks, transformer models, predictive analytics, bid optimization, audience segmentation and fraud detection. The company refreshes machine learning models near-hourly, enabling closed-loop optimization across bids, creatives and targeting.

Operational outcomes and client results

Mobavenue delivered 42.72 million outcomes annually and reached 2.5 billion devices globally in FY2026. Revenue per outcome increased to Rs 48.44 in Q4, up from Rs 44.99 in Q1.

Client case studies show measurable results. Quick commerce platform Snabbit recorded a five-fold increase in installs and 10-fold rise in first-time purchases. Travel platform Goibibo achieved two-times improvement in click-to-install efficiency. Skincare brand Sebamed reported a 1.27% click-through rate with 110% delivery through targeted campaigns.

The company won Gold awards at the AdTech Honours in programmatic media and AI categories, and was featured in Aerospike's Champions of Scale 2025.

Capital raise and organizational changes

Mobavenue completed its first preferential capital raise of Rs 4,999.99 lakhs to fund technology investments, strategic expansion and acquisitions. The company introduced an ESOP 2025 scheme and approved a sub-division of equity shares as part of governance initiatives.

Strategy through 2030

Under Mission 2030, the company plans to expand UK and Latin America operations while entering additional markets through direct teams, agency partnerships and selective acquisitions. The expansion will follow an asset-light, outcome-based model.

Mobavenue intends to increase investment in its AI Centre of Excellence and build purpose-built platforms for streaming TV, digital out-of-home, retail and creative optimization. Domestically, the focus is deepening relationships with large enterprises and building a scalable mid-market business through sector-focused solutions.

The company also plans to expand its ESG initiatives, including planting 15,000 trees and supporting community healthcare programs.
